1. Payment Methods

Securing your tour is simple and seamless.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking and can be paid via Alipay or WeChat by scanning the QR code.

2. Tour Bookings

Payment Terms

  • A 100 RMB deposit per tour (per group) is required to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is payable at the end of your tour via Alipay.
  • Additional services (e.g., private car, cruises, attraction tickets) require full prepayment.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund of the deposit
  • Less than 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost

3. Tickets & Partner Services

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon booking for all tickets and third-party services (e.g., attractions, shows, cruises).

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of our partner providers.
  • We will clearly communicate all applicable terms prior to confirmation.
  • In cases of weather disruptions or partner-related cancellations, we will assist in securing a full or partial refund, depending on the provider’s policy.
