Booking Process

We’ll reach out via WeChat or your preferred platform for seamless coordination.
3. Confirm & Secure
We’ll finalize your schedule and total rate. Payment can be made via Alipay or WeChat.
4. Get Set
You’ll be added to a private group chat with your assigned photographer, where all details will be shared.
5. Ready to Shoot
Your digital entry pass (QR code) will be sent ahead of your session.
What to Expect on the Day
Queue number distribution starts at 5:30 PM.
Average queue time is approximately 2 hours.
Preparation (about 40 minutes)
Guests will wear a safety harness, receive instructions from our team, observe other participants, and have time to mentally prepare.
Photo Session (about 4 minutes per person)
The actual Hangingram Polaroid shoot is brief and efficient once preparation is complete.

Best time to shoot: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
FAQ
The re-entry ticket allows you to secure your queue number, leave the venue, and return later at your assigned time — so you don’t need to wait in line the whole time.
- Arrive early (recommended around 6:00 PM) to get your queue number.
- Leave and explore nearby areas while waiting.
- Return at your assigned time for the photo shoot.
Arriving too late (such as after 8:00 PM) may cause you to miss the best lighting conditions for your photos.
We recommend returning at least 40 minutes early for:
- Safety instructions
- Harness fitting
- Pose discussion with the photographer
- Preparation for the experience
Important Notes
• Daytime sessions offer more flexibility with shooting time.
• Night sessions begin at 7:30 PM (Winter/Spring) or 8:00 PM (Summer/Autumn).
• Ticket distribution starts at 5:30 PM.
• Evening sessions are limited to 3 minutes per person.
• For safety, avoid wearing skirts due to harness equipment.
• Weight limit: 100 kg.
• Maximum waistline: 120 cm (47.24 inches).
